Integrated Engineering, LLC has adopted a friendly returns policy as a service for our loyal customers. Please read below for more information.

Tuning Destroyed Vehicle Protection

Life happens—whether it’s an unexpected accident or a moment of bad luck on the road. We understand the time, effort, and pride that goes into building your perfect ride, and we’re here to help you carry that performance to your next vehicle. If your iE-tuned car is totaled beyond repair, our program ensures you won’t have to start from scratch.

Transfer Fee:

  • 0–90 days from purchase: No transfer fee
  • 91–365 days from purchase: $150 transfer fee
  • 366+ days from purchase: 25% off the purchase of a new tune

How to Get Started:

    1. Proof of vehicle loss – Video or official documentation showing the vehicle is irreparably damaged.
    2. Order details – The original iE tune order number or invoice.
    3. Contact us – Send a support ticket to our Mod Gurus with the above information and a brief overview.

Notice: If the new tune is more than the original purchase price, you will be required to pay the difference in addition to any transfer fees. Swapping to a less expensive tune does not create eligibility for additional price breaks or refunds. Tune exchanges are entirely at our discretion, pending sufficient proof that the vehicle has been destroyed. 

Product Returns

Product returns are accepted within 45 days of the shipment date. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before returning any merchandise. In order to request an RMA, contact IE as described below.
Unopened merchandise in like-new packaging is subject to a 10% (ten percent) restocking fee.

Returns Not Accepted in Certain Circumstances
Please note that returns will not be accepted, even if an RMA was issued by IE, when retail packaging is missing, merchandise has been used or damaged, or more than 45 days have passed since the IE invoice date. Returns on any special order or custom parts are not accepted

To initiate a return, please follow these simple guidelines:

  • Email sales@performancebyie.com with your Integrated Engineering order number and request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) 

  • Once you have received an RMA, please ship the item back as instructed

  • Returned merchandise will be inspected upon arrival at Integrated Engineering

  • After inspection, your credit card or other payment type will be credited, minus a restocking fee, to your account within 3-5 business days

  • If the returned merchandise does not qualify to be returned, you will be notified

Non-Returnable Items

Sometimes Products are non-returnable. No full or partial refunds will be given if a Product has been noted as non-returnable. Specialty orders and custom orders are non-returnable unless the IE Sales and Marketing Director agrees otherwise in writing.
