Shipping policy

As much as we would love to talk about go-fast car parts all day, you may also have questions about how you receive your go-fast parts. Below you will find IE's domestic and international shipping policies to help you rest easy while your parts arrive.


Shipping Cut Off Times

In-stock items will be shipped on the same day your order is made Monday-Friday before 1:00pm Mountain Daylight Time (MDT).

    Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact your delivery time.

    Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude US holidays.

    Domestic Shipping

    Domestic shipping includes continental USA (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). In-stock items will be shipped same day on orders placed prior to above listed cut-off times. Orders placed after listed cut-off times will ship next business day. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number notification to your email address on file. All packages will be insured for the full invoice value and may require a signature to be released. It is the customers responsibility to coordinate with the delivery driver in the event that you are not present to receive the package.

    International shipping

    International services are available as shipping methods to our international customers. International packages will be insured at full invoice value, customers are responsible for paying all import duties associated with the package. IE Team Members will not lower stated package values.

    In some cases, Integrated Engineering, LLC (IE) may not ship to your country. If this is the case, please use our dealer locator to find a regional distributor. 

    IE Shipping Terms & Conditions

    These terms apply to all shipments of Products.

    All Products are shipped F.O.B. ("free on board") place of shipment. This means that we are not responsible for Products once we have provided them to the delivery service that will be delivering your Product(s) to you. We take great care in packing, labeling, and handing off our Products to make sure the delivery company is provided with the right Product(s) for the right orders in the condition advertised.

    If something goes wrong with your order, please contact us and let us know. We'll determine what steps need to be taken by us or we'll give you guidance to help you place a claim with the delivery company.

    Duties and Importation Charges

    You are responsible for paying any import duties or charges that may apply to any Products purchased on www.performancebyie.com. IE does not assume any responsibility for import duties or charges related to any Products.

    Refused or Non-deliverable Orders

    Any refused or non-deliverable orders will be processed according to the terms that would apply to that Product if a return were requested. All shipping costs, including return freight charges and return-to-send fees, will be assessed against any refund. Any customs clearance charges will also be assessed and deducted from any refund.
