Director of Sales 

Integrated Engineering (IE) is seeking a motivated and passionate automotive enthusiast for the position of  Director of Sales. Automotive knowledge of performance parts is a must and specific knowledge of VW and Audi vehicles is considered a plus. The position is fast paced, requires multitasking, and flexibility in the professional workspace. People skills and communication are important in order to relay product features efficiently and differentiate IE products from the competition. This position deals with wholesale and retail customers.

Job Duties

  • Manage customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Oversee retail and wholesale customers

  • Building relationships with IE reseller accounts

  • Work with IE resellers to maintain healthy stock levels

  • Communicate new products to retail customers and IE’s dealer network on a regular basis

  • Work with customer service team to resolve customer issues as quickly as possible

  • Provide sales reporting and key trends to upper management


  • Being a passionate automotive enthusiast is a must

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Experience with Excel or Google Sheets

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn  

  • Problem-solving

  • Ability to manage and work with co-workers

  • Retail and wholesale sales experience

Web/Magento 1.9+ Developer 

Integrated Engineering is proud to present an opportunity to develop web software with a company that is fast growing and start-up like environment.  We need someone that is comfortable with Magento 1.9, to continue to expand our existing store features while maintaining 99.9% uptime.  Magento uses MySQL and coded in PHP.  We run our servers on Amazon Web Services and require Unix experience in order to manage these servers.  Continuous Integration will be used to maintain the highest uptime, and development environment and automated testing procedures will be used to maintain an error-free user experience.  Agile methodologies are standard throughout software development, though not required, understanding of these methodologies will greatly improve the candidate's success. Organizational skills are a must, deadlines must be met on time, self-motivation is required for this position.  The candidate will be working directly with the sales and marketing team in order to accommodate new features, fixing existing bugs, and planning for future high traffic times.


  • Associate's degree, or well featured past projects portfolio

  • Magento 1.9

  • Web languages: PHP, Javascript, CSS, HTML

  • Unix Operation Systems

  • SQL Database experience 

  • REST API Experience

  • Git Repository Experience

  • Experience with Continuous Integration and multiple environment rollouts

  • Integration of Plug-ins and Extensions

  • 2 years work experience 

Position Compensation 

  • Full or part-time positions available 

  • Starting at $20-28/hr depending on experience 

  • Paid Holidays for full-time employees 

  • 401K for full-time employees

Accounting & Office Assistant 

IE is a fast-paced and growing company that excels in the Volkswagen and Audi aftermarket.

Our ideal candidate must be well organized, possess strong communication skills and be able to complete tasks that include basic bookkeeping, record keeping, and office management.   

Task that candidate will be responsible for include

  •  Accounts Payable

    • Daily entering/managing of bills

    • Verification/managing of open purchase orders

    • Paying bills/marking checks to be printed

  • Accounts Receivable

    • Verification of sales payment

    • Application of payments

    • Issuing refund payments

    • Calling on past due vendor invoices

Position hours:

  • Work hours are flexible, mornings or afternoons, and days of the week,  but remain consistent.  

Position requirements

  • General Quickbooks knowledge

  • Superior communication and grammar skills

  • Attention to detail and organization

  • Spreadsheet and word processor proficiency

  • Positive attitude to match a vibrant workplace

  • Ability to work independently and punctuality is a must


  • $12-15/hr depending on skill set
