Shipping Policy

Domestic shipping (USA, excluding Alaska and Hawaii)

All domestic orders will be shipped by UPS. You will be emailed a tracking number when the package ships. All packages will be insured for the full invoice value and may require a signature to be released. It is the customers’ responsibility to coordinate with the delivery driver or UPS (1-800-742-5877) in the event that you are not present to receive the package.


International shipping

Packages will be insured at full invoice value. Customers are responsible for paying all import duties associated with the package. We will not lower your stated package value, please do not ask.

USPS and UPS international services are available as shipping methods to our international customers.

In some cases, Integrated Engineering, LLC may not ship to your country. If this the case, please use our dealer locator to find a regional distributor by CLICKING HERE. At this time, we do not ship to the following countries:


China, Hong Kong, Macau

United Kingdom


These terms apply to all shipments of Products.

All Products are shipped F.O.B. ("free on board") place of shipment. This means that we are not responsible for Products once we have provided them to the delivery service that will be delivering your Product(s) to you. We take great care in packing, labeling, and handing off our Products to make sure the delivery company is provided with the right Product(s) for the right orders in the condition advertised.

If something goes wrong with your order, please contact us and let us know. We'll determine what steps need to be taken by us or we'll give you guidance to help you place a claim with the delivery company.


Shipping to APO/PO Boxes

We do not ship to APO/PO boxes.


Duties and Importation Charges

You are responsible for paying any import duties or charges that may apply to any Products you purchase on the Website. IE does not assume any responsibility for import duties or charges related to any Products.


Refused or Undeliverable Orders

Any refused or undeliverable orders will be processed according to the terms that would apply to that Product if a return were requested. All shipping costs, including return freight charges and return-to-send fees will be assessed against any refund. Any customs clearance charges will also be assessed and deducted from any refund.
