Refund policy

Integrated Engineering, LLC has adopted a friendly exchanges and returns policy as a service for our loyal customers. Please read below for more information.

Product Exchanges

Did you purchase the wrong item or simply found another product you want more? No problem, we’ll exchange any item for FREE as long as it’s within 45 days of the invoice date.

To initiate an exchange, please follow these simple guidelines:

  • With your Integrated Engineering invoice number, please email sales@performancebyie.com for a Return Authorization Number (RMA)

  • Once you have received an RMA, please ship the item back as instructed. Your new exchange item will be shipped out as soon as the item being exchanged has been received and it's like-new condition and in original packaging has been verified. 
  • There are no Returns or Exchanges on special order / custom parts. 

Tuning Destroyed Vehicle Protection

Were you granny shifting when you should have been double clutching? Found a telephone pole? Yeah, those bastards just jump out don't they... We got you!

  • Provide video or paperwork proof the vehicle is destroyed
  • 0-90 days from purchase: No transfer fee
  • 90-365 days from purchase: $150 transfer fee
  • If the new tune is more than the original purchase price, you pay the difference from the original purchase price in addition to any transfer fees
  • Swapping to a less expensive tune does not create eligibility for additional refunds
  • VIN Authorization exchanges are entirely at our discretion, pending sufficient proof that the vehicle was in fact destroyed. 

Product Returns

Product returns are accepted within 45 days of the shipment date. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before returning any merchandise. In order to request an RMA, contact IE as described below.
Unopened merchandise in like-new packaging is subject to a 10% (ten percent) restocking fee. There are no Returns or Exchanges on special order / custom parts. 

Returns Not Accepted in Certain Circumstances
Please note, under the following circumstances returns will not be accepted, even if an RMA was issued by IE: retail packaging is missing, merchandise has been used or damaged, or if more than 45 days have passed since the IE invoice date. There are no Returns or Exchanges on special order / custom parts. 

To initiate a return, please follow these simple guidelines:

  • Email sales@performancebyie.com with your Integrated Engineering order number and request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) 

  • Once you have received an RMA, please ship the item back as instructed

  • Returned merchandise will be inspected upon arriving at Integrated Engineering

  • After inspection, your credit card or other payment type will be credited, minus a restocking fee, to your account within 3-5 business days

  • If the returned merchandise does not qualify to be returned, you will be notified

Non-Returnable Items

Sometimes Products are non-returnable. No full or partial refunds will be given if a Product has been noted as non-returnable. Specialty orders and custom orders are non-returnable unless the IE Sales and Marketing Director agrees otherwise in writing.
