Integrated Engineering 2008CC Stroker Kits
IE's 1.8T 20V 2008cc stroker engine kits will increase your displacement from 1.8L to 2.0L by increasing the bore and stroke of your engine block.  This increased displacement yields more horsepower and torque on the same boost pressure, less chance of detonation due to lower peak cylinder pressures, faster spool, and produces more power on low octane fuel.  Each kit includes high-perfomance matched components tested on our own in-house engine dyno ensuring peak power and reliable performance.

Install requires boring and honing of the cylinder walls performed at a machine shop.  
IE billet torque plate highly recommended for exact roundness and clearance tolerances.

Integrated Engineering Forged H beam Connecting Rods
The H beam rod provides high reliability even in extreme applications. Extra attention has been paid to even the smallest details such as the bearing tangs, wrist pin fit, and big end side clearance, providing a level of fit and finish not found elsewhere. Each and every set is honed in the USA for perfectly round and on size big-end bores, resulting in extremely low failure rates and maximum optimization.

2.0L Stroker Forged Crankshaft
Our stroker cranks begin with brand new VW/Audi factory forged 2.0T FSI crankshafts, then modified with a specialty oil pump drive gear. The forged crank is matched with Mahle stroker pistons for increased displacement and stroke increasing over all power and torque, reducing turbo lag, and strengthening the over all rotating assembly.

Mahle Forged Stroker Pistons
In order to offer a piston set with the strength to withstand high power numbers and the longevity to last for thousands of miles, we started with the heavy duty forging that is used for direct injected applications that see higher cylinder pressures than the 1.8T. We then designed them with the specs that we have tested to work the best for the 2.0L stroker setups, using an 83mm bore and 92.8mm stroke. We offer these pistons with 9.25:1 compression ratio, which we have found to work effectively for street applications as well as higher horsepower applications.

Integrated Engineering H Beam Rifle Drilling Upgrade
With the rifle drilling option, oil is forced to the wrist pin by means of a small hole drilled through the rod vertically. This reduces friction on the pin and pin bushing, thus reducing wear.  This is extremely beneficial on street cars that are driven frequently.

Integrated Engineering Tuscan I Beam Connecting Rod Upgrade
Tuscan connecting rods are the premium offering of our line-up. The Tuscan design is custom-crafted and performance optimized by our engineers. Each application is vigorously tested in our in-house engine test cells under extreme load and heat conditions. Tuscan rods have unique big ends to provide the most stable platform for your connecting rod bearings possible. Rifle drilling is standard on Tuscan rods, further extending wrist pin and pin bushing life.  This results in a connecting rod that is uniquely strong and light, for the ultimate in performance and reliability available on the market.  

Bearing Upgrades
All bearing upgrades include complete kits of rod and main bearings of your choice and OE thrust washers.

OE "basic" bearings
These OE replacement bearings are the inexpensive direct fit choice for re-freshing your bottom end with new bearing hardware.  

Calico coated performance bearings
These bearing sets begin as premium ACL brand race bearings.  The base bearing shells feature a hardened steel backing with increased bearing crush for better bearing shell retention, making them far less likely to spin. Increased ovality compensates for distortion at high rpm levels, and the bearing design features a high strength overlay plate for maximum fatigue resistance. All of this is followed by the professionally applied Calico coating, giving a truly high performance bearing for even the most extreme applications.

Mahle Motorsport performance bearings
Mahle Motorsport/Vandervell manufactures the highest quality race bearings available. This bearing technology has been proven time and time again utilized in F1 applications and many other extreme and demanding race engines. Mahle motorsport bearings have incredible wear characteristics and very high durability. Proprietary tri-metal blend is employeed to provide a stiffer bearing under high load use, which is necessary for demanding race engines. Each bearing is designed with state-of-the-art software for the ideal oil film thickness, which adds reliability and greatly reduces the chance of spinning a bearing.  In addition, these bearings feature laser marked identification marks versus the more commonly seen stamped marks. This allows for better heat transfer from the bearing, and does not disrupt the backing for absolute even wear.

Mahle stroker pistons will not work with Audi TT 225 engine blocks
